Hello everyone! Recently at my store, we've been having some issues with our ASM. He is never on the floor when he's supposed to be, and when he is, he's constantly complaining about the drinks that people make or how our store looks messy. When he's on the floor, he's only ever on drive thru, and just stands around instead of cleaning/making backups when we aren't busy.

One time, he made a green bean cry on the floor because she was "slow" on bar. He also likes to schedule himself to train new people, but never finishes the training and hands them off to other people.

I'm kind of at a loss on what to do in this situation, especially since he is friends with the SM AND THE DM. Any kind of advice would be extremely helpful here. Thank you in advance!!
