Are coffee masters a thing anymore? Are we able to take the class still?

Sadly I was told my SM that coffee masters isn’t a thing anymore :(((( I’m tempted to buy a black apron online because black looks better to me

At Target starbucks we have “master baristas” who do the order & training for the store. I’m one and I was told by my DM that I have to wear the black apron. I think it’s a funny name but I prefer black over green or red.

They are definitely still a thing in the UK! If you wanna progress to SSV/ASM/SM they prefer you to also be a Coffee Master.

if you work for a corporate starbucks store you won’t be able to work at a Tarbucks it violates the Target conflict of interest policy i found that out because i tried reapplying for my old corporate store you have to pick one or the other
