You’re not supposed to have your apron on if you’re on break and outside where the customers can see you with it on. U can have it on in the back. This just create unnecessary misunderstandings

this ^^^, if your apron is on or if you’re behind the counter you are seen as an employee and represent the store. i don’t let my baristas do either, it’s also out of respect for their time. go enjoy your 30 & i’ll bring your drink to you when it’s ready
