I had good luck with Aquaphor. Get some cotton gloves (or you can use cotton socks in a pinch) and slather your hands with it before you go to bed, put the gloves on. Wake up with soft hands. If they’ll let you keep some sort of “approved” hand lotion at work to use during your shift, that helps a lot too. I used to do a lot of CS and my hands were wrecked. Aquaphor helped.

put on lotion every freaking time you wash your hands. Your store should be able to acquire whatever Starbucks \~\~ preferred brand \~\~ is for you (I don't remember off the top of my head), but if you find out what it is and buy a bottle and put it by the sink you use most, that should be fine too.

You don't need a ton, just a teeny squirt.

This is how I do it too, the lotion after every handwash thing. I buy Aveeno lotion and fill a squeeze tube that's small enough for my apron's pockets. Very handy since I double/triple wash all the time.

After my daughter was born, she had really dry skin. Pediatrician recommended Aquaphor. Seemed to work well, definite improvement. Also recommend Bioderma Atoderm Mains & Ongles, available on Amazon.

Hey! I had the same problem in winter for years! Aquaphor and Curel both helped a lot. My managers also permitted me to bring in a 'softer' hand soap to use when I washed my hands. Try to only use cold water if you can. When washing the dishes, you can either ask management if someone else on the shift can take over the task while you do something else kind of nasty in return (like cleaning bathrooms) only until the weather improves like I did, or you can use dish washing gloves. At my location, we were required to have these gloves. To ensure no water gets inside though, I'd pop on some plastic gloves and use hair bands on my wrist to make a seal. It didn't always work but it definitely helped!

I also use a Gold Bond eczeme one but it's honestly only okay enough. There's probably a stronger/better product elsewhere. Anyhow lol I clean my hands at the start of any breaks/lunches and then lather hand lotion on cause I hate working with lotion hands. And recently I've worked w gloves on bc of a cut and a burn and that is suuuper helpful. But if you also hate how you cant really feel anything bc of the gloves, just wearing one glove honestly worked for me. I had it on my not dominate hand and I wasn't as bothered as I am when I have both hands gloved. If you are bothered w lotion hands AND wear gloves lol, I'd def recommend Vaseline bc that's a good way to seal/have a moisture barrier for ya skin.

Buy soft cloth gloves (like if you’re buying spa treatment stuff in the grocery store) then lather up in the strongest lotion and throw those bad boys on alll night. And like others say, lotion after every handwash :)

Coconut oil will moisturize without making your skin dependant on it like many lotions/chapsticks do
