also brownies come in two packs ? like we gotta open them to give you one unless you order two and specify that you want them in the package still

I had a lady come absolutely UNGLUED because I took her sugar cookie out of the plastic wrapper. Went on a very ugly, loud tirade about it. I'm, still flabbergasted about it and it's been over 2 years. I just want to know WTF was going through her mind?

Lol. Just imagine all the spit that guy eats on a regular basis whenever he eats out. I guarantee you, if he acts that way to you, he acts that way too all food-service workers everywhere.

Also, side note. Don’t spit in people’s food, it’s a felony. But like, you know it happens so just don’t be an ass whenever you go places.

Well the brownie comes in a pack of 2. If he doesn’t want it taken out of the package he’s gonna have to buy 2 and specify that lol

I always find it really funny when customers have a meltdown about these things. Not that I laugh at them or anything because thats just cruel but more because the policy and procedures are most definitely not written by me so I'm not sure if they're trying to get me to just feel badly or what because I won't.. I cannot solve a global problem nor can I help you with your tantrum. Take your brownie and leave me to have 2 seconds of peace between customers please.

It really is the stupidest waste of time and materials. Just to make it look like it's made on the store or something. It is a total waste.

Literally any bakery will give you “exposed” baked goods

Me: well, you can buy a second brownie if you’d like…or, would you like to complain about that, too??? Some of these customers are not too bright🤦🏾‍♂️🤣

He can just go home and bake his own brownies.
