I thought the discount for partners was 30%, did it increase for the holidays only or has it always been 40% or is this a new permanent change?

it’s currently partner shopping days which happens every holiday season. it’s typically 30%, but starbucks bumps it to 40% for about a week each year:)

Cool, my training, follow up, shifts and even paychecks have been all over the place since I started. I have seen my manager a total of 4 times since i started and I didn't realize there was such a thing as the weekly update. Barely 2 months in but the judgement is nice.

Not that I've noticed. Or if it is its in the corner in the back that I never make it to regularly for the most part because our back room is so packed.
