As a barista with a very strong opinion about self care and recognizing my own boundaries I would’ve honestly refused to work with those conditions. That list kind of throws the 3rd place out the window, how at that point is it even possible to 1. Make good connections 2. Be in a healthy conducive environment for partners and 3. Set anyone up for success
