Bucks treating everyone in consistently?(self.starbucksbaristas)

Hi again. So I'm the one who posted about being fired for autism challenges. I actually got a call from ethics saying they didn't do anything inappropriate so whatever actually pursuing my options and have an eeoc charge ready.
My question though is has anyone else noticed Starbucks treats everyone differentely? Like my psychologist point out that "you're autistic. Period. How can they treat Sam the Dancing Barista one way and be so discriminatory to you?" This brings up that question. Has anyone else experienced where you have a disability but treat other people with the same one differentely? It seems like frankly they do that with everyone not just us with disabilities.
I'm still trying to grow r/starbucksdisabilities to get more of a collective voice since it seems it's the same awful story over and over with Starbucks. If anyone has ideas for there or in general how to get something like that going by all means reach out!
