It’s a Vespa. They are all over Italy.

That motorcycle is a Vespa or Vespa-inspired scooter, which are seen all over Italy as a popular form of transportation. For Americans (and many others I suppose but don’t know), it’s a thing they associate strongly with Italy, since it’s a thing they observe on holiday there.

Vespas have been sold in the US for decades, but are not a popular form of transportation, and Asian scooters are much cheaper. And now ebikes sort of fill that transport niche at a much lower cost, and don’t have licensing and insurance requirements.

It pays homage to italy and their southern italian roast style. its our way of showing they "paved the way" with the image of the vespa. Southern Italy is known for their dark roast that are smoky in flavor much like our italian roast.
