They're doing something wonky with partner numbers now from what I gather. It's 8 digits and either starting with 320 or 380. I assume to hide how bad turnover has gotten but who can ever be sure.

Numbers are now 8 digits. I was hired in January and I’m a 3202. New hires now are 3210ish.

i’m a 3200. i got hired RIGHT after they started the numbers with 32 and it makes me embarrassed bc i’ve been with bux for 7-8 months already and it makes me seem so unseasoned 🥲 but i’ve seen it all already lol

i was hired in may as a 3201 and my boyfriend was hired mid october and is a 3210 it’s crazy how much turnover they’ve had in the span of 5 months🥴

I'm a 320 and a new shift supervisor :) we have the 4 digit partners now that are 3201 or 3202, but turnover may just be higher at my store.

I saw someone in another Reddit post say that they were a 380. I’m wondering if it is a regional thing? I was hired at the end of August and I’m a 320 so I was shocked that they went through that many numbers so quickly but if they’re doing a thing where different areas have different numbers that would make more sense
