this lady comes in everyday and orders a ham and Swiss croissant. without fail, she manages to argue about her croissant being too cold even though we warm it up normally the second she orders it. she gets into an argument every single time, and we’re forced to either reheat the croissant for her or giver her a new one. yesterday she came in with her half eaten croissant and complained that there was only one piece of ham and one piece of cheese in her croissant, and that the middle was frozen solid when she ate it.

ive had customers say things like “that’s so fucking disappointing, that’s so ghetto, son of a bitch” and get angry at me cause we don’t have the medicine ball or snow man cookies or this or that. it’s infuriating but it’s not like I can curse them out right then and there and lose my job, lmao

Worked at a licensed store in HS before the corporate store I work at now. A lady got so angry with me about her frap being wrong that she took off the lid and threw the frap at me. I was soaking in sticky blended shit. She immediately ran away after throwing it on me.

I went in the back and cried for a little bit. It was a lot for a 16 year old girl :/

today this lady yelled at me during a crazy rush where i was basically the only person on bar. (register would help out when they could) and she was sooo rude abt it and i was focused on drinks and it was loud af behind bar so i had her repeat her question which pissed her off even more. but anyways she tells me her drink was sitting there for a while and asked me if it was still hot (while SHE was holding the cup). and i asked her if she would like it remade and then she goes “that’s not what i asked. is it still hot?” and i just said “well i don’t know”. and she just goes ballistic loudly yelling “WHATS WRONG WITH U???” etc. like lady… you’re the one holding the cup… YOU TELL ME. plus like i already offered u a new drink?? what else do u want from me miss girl?? very epic start to my morning.

my favorite day was red cup day, when we ran out, customers would come only for the cup and when we didn’t have it, they didn’t order and just left

Yesterday, this little car full of college age girls pulled up to dto and as I greeted them the driver spit out her window..as they pulled up it looked like all 3 of them were sick, covered in a blanket with tissues. I tried to make the interaction as contact free as possible but after I handed them everything I ran to smother my hands in sanitizer
