This woman comes in every morning at around 5am, she’s a regular and I make her drink most mornings. Saturday morning another girl made her drink and she watched her carefully make the drink and complained it was wrong, so I remade it and she starts saying, “you’re pissing me, that’s not how you make an americano. It’s shots ice then water.” And I’m like no and I try to explain but she’s not having it… so I ask, “just taste it, does it taste different?” And drives off like a bat out of hell.
Today she came to complain on me saying she doesn’t care how a drink is made, I should make it the way she wants 😀😀😀

If she wants it made that way then she should just say that. But imagine telling a barista how to make a drink, she can make her own americano at home. :)

Yea I can’t stand those people. I had a lady mobile order a SAR with 8 scoops of strawberries while in the lobby, watch me make it, then ask if there was 8 scoops cause she didn’t count 8 scoops.

I have a regular who wants a literal INCH of dark caramel in the bottom of her cup for her vanilla bean. A newer SSV had to "make the moment right" for her, and was completely genuine. She is a really nice person, especially when leading the floor, so this lady calls the store the next day to ask "I'm asking if you think she had an attitude, cus I feel like she did, but I don't know." WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?? WE WERENT THERE!! And I know for a fact she didn't, this lady is just crazy, and lonely, and apparently needs comradery from a stranger
