Yesterday, we had way more staff at night than normal. I think we had 6-7 people from 4:00-9. With that, we were able to do really well with customer connections and get drinks out in a timely manner.

That being said, I was on drive through register and had a DTO.

Someone came through the line and got a mocha cookie crumble since they have never had it before. When they got to the window the passenger absolutely freaked out over my hair. She loved it. (For reference, my hair is red and green for Christmas)

When they were about to leave I told the person who ordered the mocha cookie crumble that I hope they like it a lot and if they liked it they could get a Java chip Frappuccino and I would be the same minus the whip and cookie crumbles but it was a little cheaper.

Right before they pulled off they said “you need to tell whoever your boss is that you need a raise. You’re awesome!” I wanted to cry because someone thought that of me. It was amazing :::)

I just wanted to post that there are some amazing customers that come through and even though there is a lot of negativity, someone will always cheer you up :)
