That’s really weird. You have to file a FAFSA but even if you get nothing from FAFSA Starbucks pays the tuition. My father claims me as his dependent so I don’t get much from FAFSA based on his income but Starbucks still pays it. In all honesty ASU financial aid sucks but there’s this guy that is specific to Starbucks financial aid that was super helpful getting a wrongful bill taken off of my account. i just redid my fafsa this year with my mother. there were two options and i chose the one that you fill with your parents, however i did see an option that you can file without parents “as a student”? don’t know if this helps, but i did see that option maybe ??
