Starbucks Baristas: The daily grind

How are the tips divided? I want to tip extra for the normal Starbucks I go though for a Merry Christmas. I was thinking a 20 for each baristas working. Tomorrow morning. Any suggestions for the best way to do this. It is usually the same 6 every morning (self.starbucksbaristas)
