I recently saw a post on tick tock that people can ask for a free refill of hot /iced cofees and cold brews as long as they are a "rewards" member. I dont think I saw this in anybof my training. Is that accurate?

If they order a drink and remain in the store, yes. If they leave and come back? No.

I remember once I saw a guy gulp down a venti cold brew and then like 2 minutes later ask for a refill

The policy is "Same store, same visit". They can get a refill if they got the original drink at your store, and stayed there and drank it without leaving.

it’s true . if they’re sitting in the caffe and don’t leave , they get a free refill if they have the app . 50 cents if they don’t have the app
