nah, at my store we ask customers if they have a mask, and if they don’t we offer them one. if they refuse a mask we politely say “sorry, but we can’t serve you unless you wear your mask.”

You absolutely can refuse them service, legally speaking. Sbux wants a good ccs so bad theyre telling their workers you have to serve people ( breaking location law) but if the law states people cant be in without a mask, then you make them leave unless they put one on. Your safety comes first. If your shift insists you must serve them and allow them inside, then tell them youll only do it if you get it in writing from them. They cant do shit
