dude has today been INSANELY chaotic for every one else too ? it’s been crazy this holiday season, but today is one of the worst days i’ve ever experienced. people are extremely impatient. also my store ran out of like almost every single milk today. just crazy all around. be nice to your baristas !!!

It’s been this whole week for me ! I agree shortages, call outs and just the worst types of customers . Hopefully after the holiday stress things will calm down

Yeah NO IDEA what it is but today was probably one of my most stressful shifts ever- at one point our ticket printers swapped places and then stopped printing altogether for a good few minutes and a full batch of brewed pike got spilled on the floor-

it’s been so bad all week 😩 we’re a drive through store but the lines have been so much longer than usual, but we’re so understaffed that *only* drive through was open. we haven’t run out of milks as far as I know, but we usually do. wishing you guys the best for the rest of the week… hopefully the next few days will be calmer
