What is ethics report worthy? (self.starbucksbaristas)

So there was a shift who got promoted about 4 months ago. For context, I’ve been a shift for a little over a year. During that time, she has had people work off the clock, moved people around on the floor when I was holding keys (reassigning tills), asking baristas to help her count money. (These things I told my manager about), but after I talked to my manager about her- someone wrote “Fuck you biden” in the bathroom and didn’t make an incident report. A homeless person left all there things on our patio and asked a barista to clean it (they refused because it looked like a wet rag was in there and she got mad) went out to clean it herself, and found shrooms and some other drugs. Still didn’t make an incident report. Asked the manager if she could close the store early because she had a migraine and then had baristas do the milk count and date her pull. I haven’t told my manager because every time I tell her something she just says “thank you for telling me” and it doesn’t seem like anything gets fixed. This girl and another supervisor also have a group chat with two or three baristas where they talk shit about other partners and drama about other store managers. I feel like it’s so inappropriate, but I don’t have any screenshots (I’ve seen them from other people, but they don’t want to cause more drama by telling the manager) to prove that any of this is going on. Mostly just hearsay. What do you guys think I should do?

Go to the manager about the actual incidents that are affecting your store. If you feel comfortable mentioning the gc on the grounds of team morale, you can, but it's unlikely they can do anything without proof. Tbh, people are allowed to complain they don't like others at work, so even with that I don't know what could be done.

Cash count and stuff like that is definitely suspicious, and if money is miscounted or missing then those baristas could be in big trouble.

Report it all to your DM.
Take down names if you can, and take it to your DM, what that shift is doing is illegal, and if your SM isn't going to take action it needs to be taken to someone who will.
