grinding beans for my sister’s new pour over set. it has a reusable metal filter, which setting should i grind it on?

paper setting is for all pour over. if it’s like the reusable metal one that i have, i personally prefer it one lil notch more coarse than paper but that’s just me!

Shape matters more than material. Cone shape = paper filter, flat bottom = metal filter

It should be finer than sand but not as fine as espresso grind. You can adjust accordingly cuz every grinder is slightly different
