we have a fully staffed night crew floor for the first time since ive been here and we still have 3+ minute drive times and a 30 minute wait in cafe but my store manager refuses to turn off mobiles. and people still complain about the wait despite the fully packed lobby

bro…. That’s similar to our store except we only have one espresso machine rn because they broke down the second one for some reason?? and our mobiles are still going crazy but for some reason no one’s coming in to pick up their orders… so essentially we have a long ass drive through and one person on bar doing mobiles, cafe, and drive through, and one espresso machine. but we’re pretty staffed rn, but customers are still annoyed lol

Someone I live with tested positive for COVID and my store is so understaffed that with me gone they closed at 3:00 today. Hope y’all’s Christmas Eve is better!

I keep saying it, it’s not as much too little staff as it is too many customers. We really don’t have a staffing problem (except when there’s Covid isolations) but our store size and the amount of equipment we have is not enough for our customer volume.
