if you’re fully vaccinated and asymptomatic, you don’t have to self-isolate from exposure - it seems dumb, but those are the CDC guidelines. if you’re showing symptoms, I recommend filling out the COVID coach questionnaire (you can do it from home) and seeing how long it tells you you need to be symptom free for before you return to work. you’d need to talk to your SM and DM about isolation pay, but I believe you still qualify if you get COVID because you were exposed at work.
i just caught COVID this week despite being fully vaccinated and having gotten the booster in October so I definitely recommend getting a PCR test over the weekend (or sooner if you have symptoms) - thankfully I was able to avoid exposing any of my coworkers!

you do qualify because you were exposed. i don’t know why your manager would tell you that you don’t considering the company is still doing paid covid leave while encouraging and eventually requiring us to be vaccinated. do they seem like the kind of manager that would do that? in any case, you can view the entire covid policy on the partner hub.
