So I’m 4 months in rn, but ever since training my trainer and her little friends have always been so rude to me for no reason. What should I do? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I’d recommend speaking to them about how you feel to them in an appropriate way and if it still proceeds after that I would speak to the manager. It doesn’t matter that you’ve only worked for siren for 4 months, they should still respect you

Talk to your SM, write down all the times they're mean and compile it. Then call your SM and say what's been happening. If they don't take it seriously, go to your DM
