Is Christmas Day tipped out normally? Or is it just those who worked that day. IMO, it should be. Same for any holiday

Tips are put aside only for those who worked on Christmas. It’s the only holiday Starbucks does this for.

I was told that they were supposed to but my manager said no. Which sucked because Thanksgiving was a nightmare.

This was only true for us when Christmas was voluntary. This year we were required to choose 3 holidays to prefer to work before SM scheduled, so tips will be handled as usual. I’m ok with that, I worked yesterday, it was crazy, but it’s all good
