Tenured partner is an official term that means 2 years or more!
Before anyone gets up my butt about it, tenured used to mean 3 or more but they just changed it this quarter so they could give the "tenured partners only" raise in January to more people who started right before COVID and have stuck around through all the chaos!

Just means that someone has been working at that store or for the company for a decent amount of time
