Hey I’ve posted like 3 times cuz again I’m new and all but does anyone know the benefits of being a barista and how to redeem them all. (Free coffee, free food, etc.)
Is there also anywhere I can find the recipes and study them?

1 Weekly packaged coffee is partner markout
Free drink is drink markout only at ur store unlimited for now (pandemic) and 30 min before after ur shift days when u work only
Free food is food markout only at your store and up to 7 each week when u work for now (pandemic)
Partner discount is 40% for holidays might go back to 30% soon
Free Spotify and $20 off Lyft only within the area u work going to and from and at certain times (some other states for other stuff)
Stocks only if u work certain number of hrs per week
Good health coverage again only certain number of hrs per week
Free online college don’t know if there are any qualification for this one.
Don’t know if I’m missing anything else. If yes comment below

You can look up Starbucks/Spotify can go through there. And for school it’s the same as the insurance

^ also you cannot get the markouts at other stores anymore, you can only get your discount there which is still good if you’re traveling and with your family and they want starbucks or something

In terms of recipes it’s kinda hard to find correct ones online, but the app is pretty good. I got a bunch of pictures that I would go to every now and then when I was first hired and it helped. In terms of free drinks and food, you get 7 free food items per week but only 30 minutes before and after your shift and also during your shift. Drinks are the same except unlimited during the shift. To redeem you have to be at your home store and you have to give them your partner numbers is all really
