shoutout to my fav partner 😍😍😍😍who came into work sick 😩🙌(ugh the commitment, love that)😅😅Now I am extremely sick 😊😊and I am missing a week of work at SB as well as holiday pay at my other job 🥰🥰 and also can’t spend Christmas with my family ☺️
I literally can’t afford this and I’m so fucking upset, I am extremely covid conscious and self monitor daily. I’ve said this before on here but please for the love of god stop coming into work sick. Idk how I’m going to make rent this month.

I'm not sure, but my Starbucks they allowed us to have paid leave if we were in contact with a partner who got covid. It only applies if you're vaccinated though.

Shouldn't they be able to use sick hours? That was the point of them giving it to everyone a couple years ago, so employees were less inclined to come to work sick

I know me personally, I’ve been sick for three weeks. I don’t have three weeks worth of sick hours. So it’s either work while sick or starve.

Same here. My boyfriend is sick right now because of a sick coworker. I'm not sick yet, but I guess, I'll be soon. I'm really pissed.
