Opened and closed my store today, third Christmas with the siren but my first Christmas as a SSV.
Closed the doors and some lady had the audacity to yank on my door and yell at me thru the glass that she just wanted to buy a gift card. I told her my registers are closed, we are closed, and that there are many other stores that are open later elsewhere.
I was….. impressed. That she wanted to further inconvenience service workers on CHRISTMAS and delay them from going home (maybe to their waiting families) just so she could….. buy a gift card.. that was probably a last minute gift.
Anyways, hope those who are working had good shifts today! 💓 sending lots of positive vibes for FAT tips to all!!!

the audacity of some customers today was absolutely insane. as they'd leave I'd just quietly wish that the rest of their Christmas would as merry and bright as they were 💗

Our doors were already locked, it just makes a really loud noise when you yank on our doors 🥲
