I'd say quit and find a different job, but you're going to ask, so I'd say try to transfer. If that isn't an option, you can try contacting your dm, but chances are that won't actually help. The only thing you can really do with a toxic environment is leave.

I haven’t even gone into the mental and emotional drain that she creates in the work environment. You can visibly tell that the store runs better without her. At this point, I’m just frustrated. I worked hard to be where I am and it feels like that’s just gone. She is so incredibly two faced. I don’t know what to do anymore.
