….. our store closes 3 hour early (so instead of 9, we close at 6), and our drive through line is wrapped around the block but just can’t seem to get smaller. we’re super understaffed and i haven’t seen my manager in about 2 weeks. we’re still on a massive food/syrup storage, and today a customer almost tried to fight my shift…… you? :D

After my 2 week vacation, I think I’m ready to put my 2 week notice in after 3 years.

Not good..no bad rushes tho..more so, we have a new SM and he's fucking up every 1's hours when he do our schedule so some ppl arent coming in as they supposed to and it fucks up for the rest of the ppl that are clocked in..including me..today we were missing 3 ppl that was supposed to be on the clock today😐 then he's taking away the "3 person closers" and going back to 2 bcuz "holiday season ending" like nooooo sir, we need all hands on deck bcuz it was getting bad to the point we were gone ask him about added a 4th person closer..😑 why take away an extra hand we need..he's been fucking up everything since he became the new SM.. Edit: he changed the whole store around and its not too bad but like it would be nice of u cant let your partners and shifts know where you moved certain things at..today I was looking for the tea bags bcuz it wasnt in its usual spot..my shift supervisor started snapping and was like "he keeps moving every Daam thing!" If he informed us..this wouldn't be a problem.

pretty bad and i'm fairly new. Our store hours were shortened to 9am-6pm and normally they're 5am-11pm, our milk delivery was cut in half, and i don't know who the ssv is cause our store is basically running on borrowed partners. I have very little training and I'm so nervous lol.

We’ve been closing at 2 for the past couple of weeks. When we do stay open later it’s only until 6. We keep running out of so much stuff. People are getting meaner and the lines are getting longer. The store close to ours is closed until they find more staff which is making our lines busier.
