Today I was talking to one of my favorite customer at the window. He was waiting for his drink and today was the worst day for my location- we ran out off 2%. I think that explains it all. It took a while to get his drink and while his drink was being made, we talked. While we were both having fun time talking, the car right behind him honks. A guy who looked mad was honking at me. He was shouting to me as if I was delaying the line by talking to the customer. Why are people these days so impatient and rude? Genuinely don’t understand. Or am I too mean/sensitive?

We mix 0% and 4% and call it magic milk

Is 4% whole milk?? If so, we were out of whole milk also… our store was literally breaking down. No sandwiches, two percent, whole milk, oat milk.

Do different companies label milk jugs differently?? Is that a regional thing? Because where I live the colors are
Whole = red
2% = light blue
Nonfat = pink
Whole = red

In Canada non-fat=blue, whole=red, and 2%=pink

It’s definitely regional. In my area of the US, whole is red, 2% is bright blue, and nonfat is dark blue.

no people are mean. starbucks customers always seem to feel like need to be the rudest. i have worked at stores all over the country and i swear they are all the same

That literally just happened to me today too!!!
