Hello partners! I have a question. I worked for the company for about 2 years as and ended my employment with the position of shift supervisor. I resigned during a manic episode of my undiagnosed (at the time) Bipolar Disorder type 1. My manger at the time wrote in my file that "I was a great partner when I wanted to be there and I was awful when I didn't." I now know that this is because of my bipolar disorder, I have tried to reapply before my diagnosis and they have been reluctant to hire me back. But I was officially diagnosed about a 3 months ago, and I am getting treatment. My question to you is could I be rehired now that I have been diagnosed with this disorder? I know it is going to be a long shot but I hope they are understanding that this disorder was the cause of my moods and the reason I resigned.
