At my store we close at 9pm and i went to tell the lady that were closing so she can gather her stuff and leave but then when 9pm rolled she didnt wanna leave. So i told her she has to leave since were closed now and we cant have ppl inside the lobby after closing. She then starts yelling at me saying im not allowed to kick her out and the only reason im kicking her out was because shes black. She then got on her phone and threatened to call the cops which i responded with “go ahead! Feel free to put it on speaker too.” I then called my SM and told him what was going on and even he said she has to leave. A little while later she left before the cops even showed up.
