i dont want to , but its where our schedules are posted and were only allowed to switch shifts / request time off through this app. basically leaving me with no choice

you can just go to the website, if you google ‘starbucks teamworks’ you’ll find a reddit post with a link to it. you absolutely do not have to use the app, and I would recommend you don’t.
