If they didn’t inform u then they might be trying to get u in trouble. This is a common practice. They change ur schedule without telling u and u missed ur shift or very late then they can write u up.
Edit: common practice done by managers who try to get rid of employees

I'd recommend setting availability that only includes time you CAN work. Also requesting off is a huge thing 🙂
My schedule sometimes gets fucked up though when our hours have to change cause of low staffing

I request days off I absolutely cannot do and my availability is already set to 2 days off a week. It’s just weird because he didn’t start doing this up until a month ago, and I’m the only partner at my store experiencing this issue. When the schedule is released I do all my major appointments and things that need to be done, and these random changes make it difficult especially since I can’t always find coverage

If u set your availability to certain days off and work certain hrs, he cannot schedule u. If u want an example screenshot, dm me

That’s not what they’re saying. They have their availability set, and when the schedule comes out and is posted they take a screen shot. Then after it’s been posted they change it

I see.

Have you asked your manager what is up? I have a friend who is at a store with a manger still following the 2 weeks out schedule policy from the start of COVID. Their schedule changes on the third week since it auto posts to the app, but isn’t actually done yet.
