So a lot of the time our sticker machine doesn’t print stuff out well, so sometimes Gr for grande looks like Tr for Trenta and Tr look like Tl for tall but anyways I made a drink a tall by accident and I called it out and she said she asked for the biggest size so I was like okay that’s fine and she proceeded to say “Damn how hard is it to get a size right,” like why do customers love starting issues it’s not that serious but anyways I just stared her down while I was making it to make sure she knew I heard her 😁

I always just say very loudly and passive aggressively that our sticker machines are broken and it has been an on going issue sorry for the mix up. Loud enough that my manager can hear it. Even when they hide in the back

I’m to the point now where I’m ready to walk out and have given customers their energy right back. I’m so over it.
