Grande rant... again.
So today when I came in, I went right to café bar. As usual, the counter was trashed from morning. But this time, I decided to NOT clean up before I got started, and instead adopted the same attitude as they have. Empty milk/carton/whip/topping? Ignore the trash/dish bin right beside me and just throw it somewhere randomly on the counter? Used a steaming pitcher/frap blender? Don't rinse it until I need it for the next drink.
And what do you know? I got drinks done quickly, messily, and all the evening crew hated it.
Tldr; please, for the sake of your fellow baristas, CLEAN UP YOUR AREA AS YOU GO!!!
