I blame the gas station “cappuccino” machines that pretty much make lattes instead of actual cappuccinos

I had a short cappuccino once with extra foam so I aerated it twice and spooned the foam twice into the cup, and it still wasn’t enough for her so I did it again and then she said it was good but then she wanted some cold milk to pour into it 🙃

I had a lady that came in every day for her 4 shot no milk all foam cappuccino.. took me 4 tries to get it right . Always with the damn nonfat!!!

The oat milk, coconut milk and the whole milks foam less then the 2percent and people don’t understand that and still expect the cappuccino to come out one hundred percent foam it can if u steam the milk pitcher like 2 or 3 times but that’s time costly specially at my store we are the busiest starbuvks in the district of 15 stores

When she came in we already had 3 pitchers ready to go.. then the next 4 ppl just got nonfat in their drink... And I say this I don't regret it.

tbf I'm cool with that if they specifically say it. One lady at my store gets it that way but is very specific, patient and understanding about it.

oh sorry, ignore the nonfat 1/2”. my coworker on pos at the time still forgets left side for lattes so things tend to print like this when she’s on reg lol. it’s just a nonfat cappuccino (or more realistically, a nonfat latte)

So this is just a latte… just called a cappuccino cause with no foam which is what a cap is would just be steamed milk and espresso making it a latte

id like an iced tall cappuccino with matcha AND vanilla bean powder steamed into the milk in a venti cup extra whip add caramel drizzle and six affagato shots. and id like three more but each with a different milk+different shot type
