does starbucks do raises when your not moving up a position? i would obviously provide proof as to why i believe i deserve it, but is this even a thing?

I don’t think it’s up to your SM to give you a raise, I think it’s company standards depending on your state’s taxes, min wage, cost of living, etc. But go for it, worst case you don’t get another raise lol

District managers can approve raises, sm can only recommend a pay correction.

Honestly u are not delusional Starbucks pays too little for all the shit we need to put up with, but at the same time I would wait in asking for one because u never know how much u are gonna get now in January again and then after you know how much they were willing to increase you, reassess and starts explaining to your DM as to why you deserve it, best of lucks!!
