I was! It happens. If you’ve shown you’re a hard worker and can take responsibility….and also if they’re desperate for ssvs, you’re pretty much in

Yeah but I was first offered ssv when I joined but didn’t have availability. I moved into it when my availability freed up a couple months in

I was asked to interview to promote to SSV at 2 months in and declined. I was asked again 2 months later, said yes, interviewed and became a SSV. So it definitely happens just depends on your store and store situation.

yes! im a hard worker and fast learner, also all our ssv transferred as i got the hang of things.
although i never got the proper trainer training( i’ve trained like 3-4 people now) i kind of teach as if i was going through it just a couple months ago

My store undermines the process. We have an SSV who after her 3 months, became a trainer (and IMHO, she wasn't ready to train), trained a single person and immediately started SSV training. Literally passing up an experienced trainer who it should have gone to. And it's not like she had previous experience. This is her 1st job..
They have since promoted the other girl, rightfully so. But are also promoting a relatively new girl who has NEVER trained anyone. This is honestly one of the reasons that I gave my notice today
