We had a lady in drivethru order two venti vanilla lattes. She said the first one didn’t taste like vanilla, so I remade it, she said the second one tasted like it didn’t have any coffee in it at all. I also remade that one. We give them to her, telling her that there is definitely extra vanilla in there and espresso shots and she says ‘they just taste like water’. My coworkers and I were looking like O~O, and were sure she had Covid. She wasn’t wearing a mask of course.

Are we allowed to refuse service under that circumstance??? She’s endangering the whole staff
