Dude pulled up to the window with a massive, oozing, leaking pink eye 😍😍😍
Needless to say I threw his drink out, wore gloves, discarded them immediately, stopped the whole dt line to sanitize the window, card reader, computer and to wash my hands in burning hot water.
That’s nasty. Please don’t pull up with a pink eye to Starbucks. I’d rather you be smoking a cigarette or have your windshield wipers on in a hurricane.

Well damn. It’s not like he came into the store. Hopefully he had the decency to not touch his eye prior to the interaction, and hopefully his hands were clean. It’s not like he is a 3yo with pink eye. Your actions were extreme.

Nah he was inconsiderate. Stay home if you’re sick or have a medical issue. Pink eye (especially whatever form he had-with pus and whatever) is super contagious. It can literally be a viral infection. Insanely irresponsible!

I still served him 😊 I didn’t refuse service. My actions were extreme! To protect my coworkers 😂

And I do. I just also know that people use our bathrooms snd don’t wash their hands. People pop a pimple in their car before they walk in. People have a known stomach bug and still walk in to get a bagel. Germs are a thing and if the man seemed to have good hygiene and didn’t touch his eye and didn’t come in, how is that worse than my other scenarios?
