We lay it on thick. It'll take AT LEAST 7 minutes and it's really not as strong in the end, but what about a green tea lemonade with honey blend, it's got almost all the same ingredients but way faster/better.

at my store we won’t even make them iced and I was trained not to let people order it 😬

We get iced london fogs all the time coupled with complaints that it doesn’t quite taste right.

Apparently we aren't humans that can catch whatever it is they have 🤷🏼‍♀️

I refused service when someone said that. None of my partners or myself were comfortable with serving them.

I had a regular go through the dt and I was talking to her and asked if she was going to an event that was happening in the town we live in, and she was just like “oh I tested positive! that’s why i’m going through the dt instead of going inside”

That happened at my store too. She said “wash your hands really well I’m waiting for my results.

I understand how that sounds, but I (and a lot of people I know) test weekly just to be safe, so being on the way to a test doesn’t necessarily mean much. Unless, of course, the customer specifically stated it was because of exposure/symptoms, which would make them an asshole

My store is special (Mobile order pick up only) so I was front/ order hand off. As I get someone ordering 5 then another ordering 5 I pretty much prepped the honey, tea, and water for the person on bar who just gave me the steaming pitcher of lemonade to make their bar time easier to avoid all the slow down walking to the teas would cause them. Was still annoying. As for me it was 5 for one walk in customer, and then not 10 mins later another 5 ordered.

Or card in drive thru like I got today.

At that point, you should be allowed to kick them out on the spot.

As a customer lurker, I assure you I do no such thing! My husband had his coffee delivered to the house when we were isolating for COVID last year. No human contact 🙌🏻

I do get the citrus mint tea thing (it’s a fave in the app so I don’t know how I mobile order it) when I’m sick, but ONLY send someone who is fever free 24 hrs & masked up (no Covid, but I had a sinus infection and now cedar fever) ((if I don’t have tea at home and the husband wants cold brew))

And it’s crazy sweet. I can’t stand the lemonade. 😂 I need to find a new tea.
