Okay so the managers are literally the absolute worst people ever. One of them was reading my messages while my phone was charging in the back and told people over the headsets. The other one just quit recently and wrote everyone such a nice message except for me and just said “thanks for being funny i guess.” Literally hate the people in charge, it’s been 4 months and I still never got proper training, they talk shit about me behind my back and never actually care about the workers. Is it like this for every starbucks or just the ones in Rhode Island :)?
