someone today ordered an upside down caramel macchiato, no vanilla, add caramel brûlée, add whip, add caramel brûlée topping. like you could’ve just gotten a caramel brûlée with caramel drizzle but okay

I don’t understand the point of ordering macchiatos upside down, it’s just a latte. lmao I feel as if most customers have no idea what they’re getting.

Some customers actually do this for the points. Some offers in the app have you order a drink x amount of times and since you can modify the drink until its something completely different as long as the name of the drink is right they'll get the extra stars while getting a different drink they want
