there was a lady who came through a got a short coffee in a venti cup with steamed milk. i wasn’t fro but i was trying to get them to charge for a misto but that didn’t happen. she was horrible at the window something about stars not working for the drink 🙄
she comes back through and asks for a refill. we tell her we can’t do refills in the drive thru. she comes into the cafe and i was on front. i tell her that refills are only for cafe customers. she immediately asks for a “manager”. the shift is doing trash stuff so i say that it’ll be just a minute and i went off to do other things. she ends up getting her way but she has been blacklisted from our store.
the sticker doesn’t print so they get the receipt but the person on bar goes to the back and the shift is like who wants bar

i make it with lots of spite and an incomplete pump of wm because it had just been replaced
she comes back while i’m doing something else and asks if there was any wm in it. the answer is yes but my shift takes the drink back and stirs more wm in it for her. gross
the dread and hate that this woman induced was off the charts
