our store hasn’t ever really been TOO bad with call outs but these recent couple of months have been so insane🙃

we are located IN A MALL(so we are extremely high volume) and normally close at 9:30pm and for two days now this week the openers have had to close at 3:30pm bc the entire closing team calls out. one ssv is on quarantine, one quit yesterday and the other has been picking up the slack and working 12+ days in a row with her and one other person(we like to have 4 minimum) she is so drained and had to call out :,( what do we even do, ik we can’t just keep closing mid day?? im a ssv in the morning but use to be a closer and it’s so frustrating bc this is my full time job and i have to be here to pay my bills! when i’m here its so difficult for the team to just get through the day and i feel so bad for our night poor ssv that has been pushing herself to the max
