Since we're doing quotes, here are some of my favorites I've heard. (self.starbucksbaristas)

we’ve had people asking for this too! apparently someone on tik tok put sprite, gatorade and gummy worms in a sbux cup and told their audience it was the newest refresher 🙃

One time a customer rolled up to the drive Thru and said “can I get a caramel crunch and a large diet?” I replied with “a diet???” She meant whatever diet pop we had. When they pulled up to the window, I turned to see who this person was who thought a coffee shop had pop. I was surprised to see my grandma.
