I had a man yell at me today because I couldn't hear him in drive-thru (self.starbucksbaristas)

I asked him to move forward a bit and he just sat there. So I followed up and asked again and he snapped back with a 'what do you want me to do'. I? Want you to move your car forward. By like a foot.
When he got to the window he didn't make eye contact and just took his latte in silence.
