I could write a trenta and more rant about why I hate working here but I won’t. I absolutely hate this job. It used to be so much fun, I genuinely loved it. Now I dread going to work every day. :(

right there with you today, my dude. finding a way out for myself and so sad about it because i used to freaking love starbucks. 220xxxx and tired of getting absused, threatened, cussed, and called awful things by “partners” 5-12 years younger than me with no reprimand. i’m so tired.

I understand!! I have an ASM position lined up for me at DG I’m so ready to go back there honestly… better pay, better benefits, I love the SM there, love working retail… I’m so tired of working at Starbucks, it feels like a rushed, fast paced, over glorified fast food chain, no longer a sit down cafe with that welcoming experience… I hate my SM, hate my coworkers, everyone is so fake, overbearing, constantly trying to rush me or just end up taking over for me to keep drive times a certain way… HATE these stupid entitled disgusting customers here with their DISGUSTING customizations… The holidays has just been ruined for me bc of working here every holiday :’(

ugh. my heart!! i feel you and i’m so so sorry you’re feeling that way. it’s honestly the worst and i’m so glad you’re trying to get back to your old job!! i seriously hope that works out for you.
